Picture Walks, Connections, Syllables, Sorts, Shapes and Reader's Theater

Look What We Are Doing!

We can make connections to a story through rich picture walks!
Have your child talk with you about what they think is happening in the story.
What is happening in the story?

Think aloud to describe the illustration.

How can you connect to the story?

Who are the characters and where are they?

We can count, pronounce, blend and segment syllables!
We can sort by color, size and shape!

We are excited for our next Reader's Theater!
